Dr Kathryn Lally is an ACEM Registrar who has a Bachelor of Nutrition and Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery.

 

Dr Lally was born and bred in Tasmania. She spent a few years overseas prior to undertaking  university studies in Queensland and New South Wales. After graduating she returned to Tasmania to practice medicine and start a family. Dr Lally found her interest in emergency medicine in the Royal Hobart Hospital Emergency Department and quickly joined the ACEM training program. She enjoyed nearly six years there before wanderlust led to another adventure, a great Australian road trip.

 

Dr Lally has been lucky enough to combine a love of travel, and the desire to work in rural and regional medicine while maximising time with her young family by ‘Choosing the Road Less Travelled".
