Start your day with tranquillity and rejuvenation at the Wellbeing Morning Yoga session. This yoga session will be suitable for all levels of experience and will be held at the picturesque Darwin Waterfront.
Immerse yourself in the serenity of the surroundings as you flow through yoga poses designed to relax your mind, stretch your body, and enhance your overall wellbeing. After the session, unwind and connect with nature by taking a refreshing post-yoga dip at the nearby man-made beach.
Before continuing with your day, refuel at one of the many coffee shops conveniently located around the area. We will have a limited number of yoga mats available, so attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or towel to ensure maximum comfort during the session.
